Four New Models for the Faithful: Electric
Guitar, Bass Guitar, Mid-Size
Acoustic & Dreadnought
Case Cover.
They're here! At long last our three new bags & case cover arrived
on the auspicious date of April 15th. In between filing tax forms &
dodging freak hailstorms, we spent many a long hour at our warehouse south
of Seattle. What a pleasure it was to fill so many back orders from pros,
our retailers, and patient online cyber-citizens alike. You wouldn't believe
how long a forklift & full container can make your week.
The
new EG303B Electric Guitar
& BG203B Bass Guitar bags
boast what we feel are the most innovative (& useful) features in
the industry. Coupling our protective Instrument Forward Design
(a standard feature on all Summit Guitarpacks) with our all-new InTact
& InTune Cushioning System takes these updated bags into a new
realm. From the re-designed profile to the new metal hardware these bags
look as good as they feel. We honestly believe you'll feel more confident
with your axe riding in a Summit Guitar Pack than any other gig bag out
there. Try one out and you'll no doubt believe that they are indeed: Gig
Bags Like NO Other!
Our
updated FG203B Mid-Size
Acoustic bag picks up where our previous classical bag left off. With
the proliferation of smaller bodied guitars available today, we re-sized
our more traditional classical bag adding additional length & a slimmer
silhouette to accomodate up to 000 guitars. New metal hardware, softer
interior fabric, an extra shoulder strap, & rugged, bar tack stitching
at all major stress points complete the picture. We're constantly listening
to & incorporating ideas from our loyal customers and the FG203B is
just another case in point.
You wanted features & security? You got 'em.
The
all-new DC103B Dreadnought
Case Cover-Backpack is the latest example of Summit's "call &
response" relationship with our customers. People know a good thing
when they see it. The problem is that it doesn't always fit. This was
the story with our popular CC102B
Classical Case Cover-Backpack & dreadnought players. When the "dread-heads"
saw what we had for their fingerstyle brethren, they demanded a model
of their own. And thus was born the newest of the Summit brood. To up
the ante we've added an innovative zipper design that keeps the cover
clear when closing your case, rugged metal hardware, & ultra-reinforced
stitching. Summit portability & features come together
with your hard shell case.

Banjo Gig Bag (Summit Guitar Pack BJ102B Banjo)
"Pick one up...a winner every time...you can't beat it." Now
I'll admit I stole this catchy phrase from a barker at the Rubber Ducky
booth at last evening's Gettysburg firemen's carnival but I think
it perfectly sums up Summit Guitar Pack's banjo gig bag.
For professional musicians, weekend warriors and parking lot pickers
who've asked themselves "Why am I lugging this flight case around
when I haven't flown with it in six months?" Summit Guitar Pack has
the answer. A steel re-enforced frame and instrument forward design shields
the bridge and head. Thick foam inserts hug the resonator and support
the neck. The fabric is 600 denier water resistant material. All this
protection from a case that weighs less than a stack of your grandma's
fluffy cat-head biscuits.
You can carry it full backpack style, or stow the backpack straps and
snap on the shoulder strap for quick over-one-shoulder carry style. If
you're feeling nostalgic about the behemoth you've left at home, there's
even a "traditional" heavy-duty handle on the side. Tuner, mini-disc,
microphone, tab paper, flashlight, pencils, strings, maps, travel alarm,
cash for those must-have limited edition Vernon Derrick combs; the large
capacity detachable gear bag can handle all of it.
Next time you're at a festival, forget all those questions about tone
rings and string gauges, and ask to see your favorite picker's Summit
gig bag. Something I forgot to mention? See your local dealer or www.guitarbackpack.com
800-236-8830.
